No more Pepseq

That's it, no more pepseq, already 3 fellows asked me this pepseq programme from time to time, really can drive you nuts. Although I have done this pepseq programme in 4 hours, doesn't mean I am the expert and doesn't mean that you can always try to ask me endless time. First person still alright, asked the first time then second time, then third time, still cannot get those sequences..Second person, asked for first time, then second time. Last person, asked me the first time and I don"t feel like answering anymore. Can you imagine people asked you those repeated questions over and over again. What is AMPA? How do we know which belongs to which after fragmentation? What is COAL and COAC? Must we use both together? How long should we use for those test? What are the amount to use for those tests? Which tests should we use for fragmentation? I got all the amino acids, but the programme said I named them incorrectly, why is that so?..blah blah blah..Oh man..really drives me nuts, that's enough, even when I sleep, i also can tell you what is AMPM, DBSL, COAC, COAL, CPAB and CPPA...if wanna ask me pepseq, read lab manual first and read the programme instuctions before you try to ask me, or else I will just tell you the same thing. Probably I should record everything about pepseq on the phone, so that next time another person ask me again, I will just play the recorder and ask them to follow the phone instruction..."Press 1 for English; Pu tong hua qing an er(2); kwong dong wa qing on salm(3); Alien languages please press 4+5+6; For question about AMPM, CPAB, CPPA, COAC and COAL please press 1; For how long and how much to use for each test, pls press 2; Which fragmentation method to use, please press 3....someone save me... It's getting really irritating and annoying. Darn...
