Culture night

Culture night was quite and good, just that the food abit "low class". My performance was good i guess, people cheered and yelled for me, and then when i sing Leo Ku- Love and Sincere, everyone clapped and follow the beat of the song, which made me feel that I am the "superstar"..haha Second song, I sang Coldplay- Scientist and I dedicated this song to all my fellow coursemates, hope that all of us will be famous and successful scientists some day. Others special things were: Jamie did come down and attended the culture night and sitting the same table with us, how nice and good to see her again, after such a long time, then the next day we went to Qu Bah for lunch with her. Secondly, Samantha won a 34cm TV during the lucky draw, I guess it is the second grand prize of the whole event, except the Tasmania trip which sponsored by Tourism of Tasmania.

Last night went for the first session of beginner phototaking session and learned things about photography and camera. ACtually I do know something about how to use camera etc, because my Dad is a photography, too. However after last night first lesson (2hours) I learnt more things about photography and phototaking skills, there will be 2 more sessions in the next coming weeks on every Tues. Also because of that, I am going to join the photography club and relaly try to learn how to take god photos without using the dump digital camera. Of that, next semester most likely I am going to take one unit call photomedia imaging, which is a course will learn all the things about photography and learn how to ues darkroom etc. Which I need to do a project, folio and journals etc, and best of it- NO EXAM..so that I really can focus and try my best to do well in my other 3 units in next semester.
